Welcome to our agency! As the CEO of John H. Leming & Sons, I have seen this agency grow by leaps and bounds and I am very proud to say I’ve been fortunate to find some amazing people as my staff. I’ve been selling insurance since 1982, starting with life insurance in the 80’s, working up to property and casualty as an agent for John H. Leming & Sons, and eventually purchasing it from my uncle, John Leming in 2007. I have three wonderful children, I am a proud grandpa, and I live in the Antelope Valley with my beautiful wife, Teresa. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling with my family and extended family. I also play golf and I love to play baseball with my grandson, Ethan.

I’ve lived in Santa Clarita since 1979. I have a rather large family that all still lives in town as well. In my spare time, I like to go camping with my husband, my two awesome kids, and our toys. My husband, my kids and I are big Dodgers fans and go to Chavez Ravine any chance we get to watch them. I am also an avid reader and I devour books whenever I get the chance. Being somewhat of a foodie, I am always trying out new recipes and cooking techniques to develop my kitchen skills. I’ve been in the insurance industry since 1999, working at John H. Leming & Sons the entire span. I love my job, I have great co-workers, and I am constantly working toward making our agency the best in town.

I have been in the insurance business since 1995, working originally for an agency in Canoga Park, and moving to Simi Oaks Insurance, Simi Valley in 2002 as a Customer Service Representative/Agent. Recently, our service office moved to Canyon Country, where I have been happy to continue as the main point of contact for Simi Oaks Insurance. I am a single mom with a wonderful daughter, Andrea.  She is an honor student and an excellent young woman. I am very proud of her. In my spare time I enjoy going to Zuma beach and relaxing. I also love roller coasters, I love to go out dancing with my girlfriends, and I enjoy working out at the gym.

 I moved here from Florida in 2000 and love it! In addition to working at John H Leming  & Sons I enjoy working in film and media with my brother in Studio City.  I’m also an avid history buff, and love all the air shows and historical events out here. Most of my family is back east in Florida and New York, so I try to get back that way as often as possible to visit them.

I have been in the insurance industry for over 35 years. I have worked for a large, national Insurance Company in the Commercial Sales Division, also for a large Corporation running their insurance program as a Risk Manager and now as a Broker in the retail agency side. I have two wonderful children, a 26 year old son and a 23 year old daughter. They both live in Portland, OR.  In fact, they are such good friends that they share an apartment together, which makes me very proud and happy. In my spare time, I enjoy going to the Eastern Sierras to ski in the winter and to camp, fish and hike in the summer. I am also a very part-time Culinary Instructor and Private Chef. Cooking has always been a passion of mine and it is a great release for me.
